Our Services
Three consulting services. Each one scoped, priced, and delivered clearly.
Brackenfold offers a small number of well-defined engagements. The scope of each is clear before it begins, the fee is fixed, and the output is written and owned by the client.

Our overall approach
Scoping call
A short call at no cost to establish what you're working on and whether one of our services is the right fit.
Written agreement
Scope, deliverables, and fee are set out in writing before the engagement begins. No ambiguity, no surprises.
Engagement
The work is done: the workshop runs, the programme is designed, the session is facilitated. All by the same consultant you spoke with.
Delivery
You receive the written deliverable. It's yours. The engagement closes. No retainer, no follow-on upsell.
Service 01
Team Decision Framework Workshop
A one-day workshop for management teams who want a clearer shared approach to how decisions get made within their organisation. The consultant prepares a tailored agenda based on a short pre-workshop call, then leads the team through a structured set of exercises mapping decision types, decision owners, and consultation patterns.
Outputs include a written summary and a one-page reference document the team can adopt as a working agreement. Designed for groups of five to fifteen, this is a facilitated conversation — not a prescription.
Service 02
Onboarding Program Design
A four to six-week engagement to design a structured onboarding programme for new employees. The consultant reviews existing onboarding materials (if any), interviews recent hires and their managers, and drafts a complete onboarding flow covering pre-start communications, first day setup, first month milestones, and first quarter check-ins.
The deliverable is an editable handbook the client owns and can maintain internally. Suited for companies hiring at a steady pace who want consistency across departments.
Service 03
Workshop Facilitation, Half-Day
A half-day standalone facilitation engagement for teams that need an outside hand to run a specific session — a kickoff meeting, a retrospective, a planning conversation, or a topic the team has found difficult to discuss internally.
The consultant prepares with a short scoping call, runs the session, and provides a written summary of the discussion and any agreed next steps. Best suited for groups of four to twenty. The consultant facilitates the conversation; the team makes the decisions.

How every engagement is run
Confidentiality
All information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential by default. NDAs are available on request.
Written scope
Every engagement is documented before it starts: what is included, what is not, and what the fee covers.
Senior delivery
The consultant who scopes the work is the consultant who delivers it. No handoffs to junior team members.
Agreed timelines
Delivery timelines are confirmed in the written agreement and honoured. Schedule changes are communicated promptly.
Client ownership
All deliverables are provided in editable formats. The client owns them outright — no licensing or usage restrictions.
Data handling
Contact information and engagement materials are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Thai requirements.

If you're not sure which service fits what you're dealing with, that is exactly what the scoping call is for. No commitment on either side until scope and fee are agreed in writing.
