What's the difference between the workshop and the half-day facilitation?
The Decision Framework Workshop is a structured, full-day programme with a defined output — a documented decision framework your team can reference going forward. The half-day facilitation is more flexible: it suits a specific session you need help running, whatever the topic. Both begin with a scoping call; the facilitation engagement is simply open to a wider range of goals.
How long does the onboarding programme design take?
Typically four to six weeks, depending on the size of your organisation and how much existing material there is to review. The engagement begins with a review of any current onboarding documents, followed by interviews with recent hires and their managers. The final handbook is usually delivered at the end of week five or six, with a short review session included.
Do you work with companies outside Chiang Mai?
Yes. While Brackenfold is based in Chiang Mai, most engagements can be structured to work remotely or with a single in-person visit if you're based elsewhere in Thailand or the wider region. This depends on the service — the Decision Framework Workshop, for example, works best in person, while the onboarding design engagement is well suited to a mixed approach.
Are the prices listed all-inclusive?
Yes. The listed fee covers preparation, the session or engagement itself, and all written deliverables. Travel expenses for in-person work outside Chiang Mai are agreed separately before the engagement begins. There are no add-on charges for the core scope.

Brackenfold works with small to mid-sized organisations — typically those with between ten and two hundred employees. The work is most useful for organisations that are growing steadily and need clearer internal processes, or established teams that want to revisit how they collaborate and make decisions.
